Upon receipt of full payment, the client will be granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the materials for the intended purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability
Levett Marketing Agency will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any terms of the agreement and fails to rectify the breach within a specified period.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
10. Changes to Terms
